(our animals) are very friendly!  Our 14-acre farm is just minutes from downtown Weston, Snow Creek, and only 15 minutes from Kansas City International Airport (MCI).


But once you arrive, you’ll feel a world away from the hustle and bustle!

Inside our charming farmhouse, you’ll find two connected bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, a cozy kitchen-dining area, and a comfy living room—perfect for unwinding.


Step outside to soak in the hot tub under a sky full of stars or simply enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature.

Serenely quiet and relaxing. Cute decor! Had fun with the very friendly dogs, playing fetch.

The tea party with the donkeys, Slim and Shady and the horses, Jasper and Pieces was a treat! So entertaining! It was the icing on the cake! The hosts were so friendly. Very helpful and informative on where to shop and eat. It was a perfect stay!

We took a quick overnight girls trip to Weston and truly enjoyed our time at Hippie Hills. From the friendly, playful pups to the beautiful horses to the cozy home and hot tub, we felt refreshed and relaxed after a day of shopping in Weston. Everything was clean and tidy, and Victoria left lots of fun local information in the house. Also, when one of my friends forgot a necklace in the house, she promptly mailed it back to me. We’ll be back for sure!

It was incredible and exceeded our expectations! The location was serene and an excellent escape from city life. We loved the hot tub, animals and the well appointed home. My only regret is we didn't stay longer💗

This was our second visit to Hippie Hills! From the rolling green hills, the warm welcome from the donkeys, horses and dogs to the gracious hosts, Hippie Hills is our place to stay when visiting family in the area. It is a tranquil place to relax after a long day. We will be back!

The animals on the property really made this stay special! Their sweet pups eagerly greeted us with sticks to play fetch. The hosts added so many thoughtful touches - 4 plush robes for us to use for getting to and from the hot tub, provided some snacks, mints on the beds, a basket of carrots & apples to feed the donkeys & horses, etc… Staying here was such a unique experience, and we can’t wait to come back!
